This final show that Brazilian Nites booked in 2019 was also the final night of the Lulu Santos “Pra Sempre” US tour. The multiplatinum selling Brazilian rock icon gave a memorable performance, nearly three hours filled with his decades of hits. The House of Blues was packed to the rafters with adoring fans dancing and singing along with every song. It was certainly a night to remember, and one that we all want to experience again very soon! So it was very fitting that the Focus Brasil organization, which organizes the most prestigious events and awards in the Brazilian community abroad, announced that this special night was indeed the concert of the year in Orlando, home to a huge Brazilian community.

Lulu Santos was delighted with this recognition and posted a video to his social media platforms to show his gratitude. “With immense satisfaction, I received the news that our show “Pra Sempre” was chosen by the board of Focus Brasil Orlando, and also by popular vote, as the best concert that took place in that city in 2019. Thank you very much for this distinction and this honor, that I automatically have to share with my band and crew, and overall with Raphael Pulga, my manager, and also with Patricia Leão and Gene de Souza that coordinated the US portion of my international tour. But most of all I want to thank you that came to the concert and made us feel at home at the House of Blues in Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida. Let’s see if we can repeat it again soon, in 2021 perhaps.”
